If you have witnessed or suspect misconduct involving EFKen — by staff, management, suppliers or partners — we want to hear from you. Reports are handled confidentially by designated officers, independent of the people involved.
Your identity and report details are only shared with those who must know to investigate — never with the person(s) reported.
You may submit a report without giving your name or contact details. Anonymous reports are investigated with the same seriousness.
EFKen does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Any form of workplace harassment, intimidation or discriminatory treatment.
Breaches of company policy, regulatory requirements or Kenyan law.

Undisclosed personal interests influencing leasing, procurement or hiring decisions.
Only EFKen's designated whistleblower officers. Reports are handled outside normal line management, and are never shared with the person(s) you report.
Yes. The name and email fields are optional. If you choose "No" to being contacted, we will not attempt to identify or reach you — though providing a contact can help us investigate thoroughly.
A designated officer assesses the report, opens an investigation where warranted, and ensures appropriate corrective action. If you asked to be contacted, you will receive an acknowledgement and, where possible, an outcome update.
No. EFKen prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Retaliation is itself a reportable offence through this same channel.
Report it anyway. It is better to raise a concern that turns out to be nothing than to stay silent about something serious. You can also call the dedicated line to talk it through first.
Yes. This channel is open to employees, suppliers, customers and any member of the public with a genuine concern about conduct involving EFKen.
